A drooling baby girl goblin

Huge, blank staring eyes blink rapidly in a wizened white face.  This baby is cruelly thin, with a distended white belly and a soiled diaper wrapped loosely around her stick-like legs.  She shudders convulsively, trying to get enough air to release another piercing howl.
