An orc tribesman is dancing around a fire.
As most orcs go, this is a huge one. He is around 6 foot tall, roughly 300 pounds. He is dressed in ceremonial robes and carries what seems to be an ordinary stick with feathers. He continuously emits grunts and groans as he appears to be doing some dance.
