A thief from the Slum quarter scans the area looking for a rich, unsuspecting victim.

This thief belongs to one of the street factions in Blood alley.  He is rather small and looks around fifteen years of age.  Dirt, sweat and blood covers his face and hands, and a deep black shadow surrounds his eyes giving the impression that he has never had a good night's sleep.  Large bright turquoise eyes stare up at you with innocence but from his smile you can tell he is not!
