A homeless person sits here eating stew made from rotten food and cooked on a crude stove.

He seems to be in his mid-thirties and has scraggy hair, cut wonky using a blunt knife.  Dirt covers every inch of his body and skin can be seen grasping onto his bones as a result of years of hunger.  Premature wrinkles show on his face from so much worry and stress.  His hazel brown eyes demonstrate the poverty that surrounds him.  His head hangs low in sorrow and regret, and his elven ears are scarred from years of frost-bite.
