a funny little man

A little man sits here at the side of the road casting insignificant spells for amusement.

This man appears to be a sprite and although he is casting silly little spells to amuse himself, there is an odd feeling that he is not what he seems. He has a bright infinitesimal face with rosy red cheeks and a large grin on his face that never seems to disappear.  His wide eyes observe everything going on along here and his ears help him to eavesdrop on travellers.  It is very likely that he knows some spells that would be useful to an adventurer, if asked politely he may be obliged to assist.
