the nomad commander

The nomad commander pretends not to notice you as he stares over some important maps.

The nomad chieftains's second in command is obviously far too busy to be bothered with you.  He pores over maps sorting through a few, scribbling notes down on a parchment nearby.  However, he does seem to have loosened his sash a bit, and you notice he fingers the hilt of his saber a bit too often to be coincidental.  Maybe he has noticed you and is just making sure you understand he doesn't want you to disturb him.
