A member of the Merchant's Guild of Heliopolis is looking for a place to setup shop.

This merchant is old and set in his ways.  He looks very astute and insightful, proper attributes for those wishing to join the guild of merchants.  Sun-like strands of hair surround a wrinkled face with deep set eyes.  His stature is small, but his pocket book is large indeed.
