King Anamaspi

A powerful draconian elder and Emir of New Thalos demands your allegiance.

Ancient even for a draconian, King Anamaspi is regal and wise.  His long grey beard extends from face to floor, neatly combed and braided.  His arms and face are scarred, many of them from the Great Dragon wars.  The scales of his neck have lost their luster, and his leathery skin has begun to regal. The only youthfulness about him lives in his cold eyes, though they look almost entranced.
