A draconian man rifles through his junk with eyes gleaming!
Pig pen? Obsess much? This man seriously has an obsessive-compulsive disorder about junk. His ears have been pierced a countless number of times to hold the various array of studs and hoops. His neck is covered in chains missing links, ropes, and necklaces missing pendants. Rings without jewels adorn his hands, while filthy skinned wrists jingle with broken charm bracelets. His clothes are tattered and torn, exposing bits of dirty flesh. Of the teeth that are not missing, two are black and the rest a pale green color. His scales have even begun to peel back from the hide, although, he doesn't seem to mind.
