A goblin scout of the Black Hand Tribe wanders about, looking for prey.

This small goblin is a scout for the Black Hand Tribe, a fairly strong group of goblins that inhabit the Eastern Mountains.  Sworn enemies of the Dwarves of ThunderDelve, the Black Hand Tribe is also responsible for nearly wiping out the goblins of the Red Eye Tribe of the Miden'Nir.  This particular goblin is out scouting for caravans or merchants which the warriors of the tribe could ambush.
