A bird of immense proportions rises up in anger before you!

This is the largest bird ever seen!  It can only be a Roc!  It looks as if it could easily pick up a large mammoth in EACH sharply taloned foot.  A mere PERSON would be a tiny appetizer for its next meal.  With any disturbance of its nest, it quickly defends it and it's very angry now!
