the engineer

The engineer goes over his blueprints while looking at the machine.

He wears a knee length white (well it used to be white) lab coat, which is buttoned up to his neck.  He also has a strange plastic mask over his nose and mouth.  He watches the treatment machine closely, taking notes on a clip board and occasionally checking some blueprints.
