A horse stands here, looking quite bored.

He looks quite bored standing here, tied.  His new bridle and saddle clash badly with his thoroughly untidy appearance.  His mane looks to have been last combed when he was a colt, though his feet are trimmed perfectly- perhaps ensuring the rider can get place to place despite the shabbiness.  He is a healthy animal, just very slovenly!
