The upright rider is bedecked with gleaming scale mail, that seems to cling to his every muscle.  The silvery sheen reflects the most insignificant bit of light into astonishing brilliance.  His head is bare, but for a small bit of hair tied in a top knot.  The man's stare is almost as steady as the road beneath his horse's feet.
