Liel

Liel closely examines a dented shield.

A short, stocky man with short stubby hair and short pudgy fingers- everything about this little man declares how short he is.  Even the small, round shield he carries looks enormous in his hands!  Liel's sharp eyes miss nothing, however, scanning the surface of any armor he barters with- making sure he gets a fair price and never sees the worse end of a deal struck.  He is possibly the shortest human around, just barely taller than a tall dwarf, but that doesn't stop him from looking down his nose at all who come into his shop.
