a rogue

A rogue is here, keeping a watch on the gate.

A scruffy looking human, he doesn't seem to be blending into the surroundings as well as he may want.  Dressed in a torn blue suit, that resembles the remnants of an old guard's uniform.  His dark hair has a fair bit of dirt through it, and his facial features seem rather weathered.  He couldn't be more than five and a half feet tall.
