an ugly little man

An ugly little man looks at you with greedy eyes.

A short, plump and extremely ugly little man.  Wearing a torn shirt and shredded pants, they do nothing to enhance the awful image of this dirty little rogue.  Looking around the room in a blank gaze, he notices your inquisitive stare and meets it.  After examining you, his inquisitve facial expression soon turns to a greedy look.
