A tiny elven mage is floating through the shop.

Sparkling lights surround the mage, no matter where he moves.  These would seem irritating, but since they are part of him, he is unaware they are even there.  He is one of the oddest elves, always talking to himself and mumbling the spells he knows so well, just always in rhyme.
