Tarquil, the elven King, sits upon his throne.

Tarquil is a very old and wise elf.  The passing of the centuries is nothing to elven kind, and Tarquil has seen many centuries.  He is rumoured to be very benevolent, aiding the forces of good in any way possible.  He is a very bad and persistent enemy to evil.  He tolerates no evil in his forest.
