dwarf mage

A hairy dark dwarf is sitting here reading a book.

It may seem very strange to see a dwarf curled up with a book, but those of the tower have gathered up all those in the northern mountains with magical powers and trained them in the arts.  The little dwarf with long black braids in his hair and beard dressed in a robe that needs to have been cleaned last year would look quite normal in fact, if it wasn't for the book!  It seems he is very intent in finding some kind of information from the book, from the rate he is flipping through the pages.  The stack of books piled around him reveal that it may be some time before he finds the information he is looking for.
