A short man is here writing on a very small piece of paper.

A halfling is sitting here writing a note out at the desk.  The slightly pungent smell coming from his brown smock gives away that he is the one that works with the doves on the roof.  His shoes are remarkably clean though, considering what messy creatures those doves are.
