Gelidram the Ice Mage is cold incarnate, his body magically frigid while at the same time protected from the cold.  His deep blue eyes see a world of ice, a world enveloped in cold, a world where he is the master.  It is said he once froze an entire kingdom because of some slight by its ruler.
