Thoth, God of Wisdom, writes down your actions as you enter.

Thoth looks like a tall man with the head of an ibis, dressed in scholarly robes.  He watches you with great interest, making notations on a pad of papyrus.  It's his job to record everything that happens to everyone and anything, no matter how unimportant or trivial.  Someone has to keep the records, and Thoth accepts this job with a religious fervor.  You idly wonder where he keeps all these records.
