The mayor of New Haven is overly glad to see you.

A generous smile and firm handshake are the first things noticeable about the mayor.  The next thing you notice is that his warm smile does not quite go all the way to his dark brown eyes.  His features are near perfect in every imaginable way, his hair is always neat and his clothes well groomed.  The only real flaw is a tiny tattoo located just above his golden ring.  He is regarding you as closely as you are him, while still managing to flash his winning smile to his public.
