New Haven's footguard

The footguard of New Haven surveys the area, watching for troublemakers.

The oversized patrolguard is New Haven's finest foot officer.  His job isn't the greatest, and he isn't well liked, but he looks imposing enough to strike fear into all.  His rigid posture and stern facial expression are enough to affect a sense of order and peace within the streets he patrols. His uniform is as neat as can be expected after a full day of walking a dusty city.  He stares past you, dismissing you as just another gawker.
