a secretive fencer

A quiet man dressed all in black is here, fencing stolen goods.

This man's features are hard to distinguish.  The shadows from his dark hat and pulled up collar of his cloak make him almost featureless.  His eyes pierce the darkness, always searching as if he was being hunted.  He whispers when he talks, but what he says is crystal clear.  He wants your money, and he has what you want.  For a small price he can teach younger thieves the ways of the underworld.
