The receptionist greets you with a forced smile.

She looks tired, and grouchy.  Her hair is a mess, and she looks like she hasn't seen a decent minute of rest since coming to work.  Her clothes are a bit out of order, and her nails drum her desk impatiently as she waits for you to say what you have on your mind.
