This is one of the most loyal customers of Haile's Bar.  Of course, he is the ONLY customer as well.  He is a friend of Haile, and doesn't mind passing up the overcrowded bar down the street a few paces.  His loud snores fill the air, his left hand still clutching an empty glass.
