This greasy person is the cook that prepares the meals for the customers.

This greaseball clearly does not care what you or anyone else thinks of his less than clean appearances.  He scrapes his unkempt hair out of his eyes, fitting it securely behind his right ear, then resumes chopping carrots for a stew dish he is preparing.  He bears a remarkable resemblance to Mack, meaning he is probably his son.  The cook nicks his finger and curses a string of obscenities.
