The smithy regards you from over the dulled edge of a sword he is working on.

This smithy is hard at work reworking the folds of a broadsword.  He clearly takes his job seriously, and won't accept any flaws judging by the scrutiny he gives the dulled edges of the weapon.  His hair is singed, and plastered to his forehead with sweat and grime.  He doesn't care what you think, and continues on his evaluation until you decide what you want.
