What it does
Syntax: mount <mob>
This skill allows the character to mount a horse or other mountable mob.
Some mobs may have to be tamed with the TAME skill before they will allow
players to ride them.

MOUNTED ATTACK is the skill of fighting from the saddle. While you are
riding it makes your blows both more accurate and harder hitting, at the
cost of a little dexterity, and the whole bonus goes the moment you
dismount.
