What it does

This proficiency covers heavy pounding weapons swung in both hands.
It is consulted on every blow you aim with such a weapon and decides
how often you connect. Until you have drilled it well past the
middle of the scale it drags your accuracy down instead of lifting
it, so an untrained character does better with a weapon he actually
knows.
