What it does
Two handed axe covers the great axes and other cleaving weapons that
need both hands on the haft. The proficiency is weighed into every
swing made with one, and it improves through use, on hits and misses
alike. An axe light enough for one hand draws on the separate axe
skill instead. Until the skill is reasonably well trained it costs
you accuracy rather than granting it.
