What it does
Syntax: brew <container> [level] <spell>
Brew allows a character to make potions. Not all spells can be made
into a potion.
[level] is optional and refers to the level of the spell being brewed.
For example:
> brew bottle 1 heal
> brew bottle 5 heal
> brew bottle heal
If [level] is omitted, the brew command will brew a potion at the current
skill level of the caster.
