What it does
Syntax: scribe <paper> [level] <spell>
Scribe inscribes a spell you already know onto a sheet of blank
parchment, leaving a scroll that can be recited later. Only a short
list of spells will hold to paper, the writing costs several times
the spell's usual mana, and the level you name sets how strong the
finished scroll is and how likely you are to botch it. A failure may
leave the runes merely wrong, or may detonate the parchment in your
face.
