color spray

What it does
Syntax: cast 'Color Spray' <target>
When cast, a series of prismatic energy extends from the caster to the
target, causing the target some damage. The blast is raw energy, so
anything that resists energy attacks weathers it better. A magic-user
shapes the spray more sharply than other casters manage, and its force
climbs with the caster's level.
