What it does
Syntax: cast 'Cure Blind' <target>
Restores the sight of a creature in the room that has been blinded by
magic: there is a momentary gleam in its eyes and the world comes
back. It only lifts blindness that a spell put there, so blindness
coming from a worn or carried item stays until the item goes. Cast on
someone who can already see, it does nothing and says so.
