What it does
Syntax: cast 'Ward Drain' <target>
The Ward spells help protect the target from the effects of attacks by
the spell's namesake. This one shields the target against
life-draining magic, cutting down the damage such attacks deal rather
than turning them aside altogether. The protection holds for a long
while and lengthens with the caster's level. It cannot be cast in the
middle of a fight, so raise it before trouble starts.
