What it does
Syntax: cast 'Cause Critic' <target>
Calls up a wracking, draining wound on one creature in the room, the
heaviest of the three cause spells. The damage rises with the
caster's skill, and a victim who resists the magic takes only half of
it. Anything that shrugs off draining attacks suffers far less, and
the spell is hostile, so expect the survivor to fight back.
