What it does
Syntax: cast 'Summon Mount'
A loyal steed is called out of nowhere to stand at the caster's
side. It arrives as a follower rather than a ride, so you still
have to mount it before you can travel on it. A steed called with
more power than the caster can command refuses the call and attacks
him instead, which makes a gentler summons the safer one, and a
caster who is himself charmed is too giddy to call anything.
