What it does
Syntax: cast 'Entangle' <target>
Vines will grow from the ground and entangle the victim, making it
hard for the victim to fight or flee. Anything caught is rooted in
place and cannot flee at all until the vines wither, and the tangle
costs it some dexterity while it struggles. Resisting the magic does
not shake the vines off, it only shortens their hold.
