What it does
Syntax: cast 'Energy Drain' <target>
The caster tears the magical energy out of a victim and pours it
into himself, taking a heavy bite of the victim's mana and keeping
as much of it as he can still hold. Against a monster it works
anywhere, but one player may drain another only inside a battle room
or a battle zone. It is an attack spell, so it will start a
fight.
