lightning bolt
Spell · aimed at an enemy · first available at level 15
What it does
Syntax: cast 'Lightning Bolt' <target>
When cast, the caster sends a bolt of electricity to the target,
causing damage. Trained magic users draw noticeably more out of it
than other casters do. The damage counts as electrical, so a
creature that resists lightning, or is warded against it, takes much
less.
