What it does
Syntax: cast 'Haste' <target>
Haste makes the target move faster, thus the target is able to hit
victims faster. It is one of the strongest blessings a fighter can
carry into a battle. It also runs out considerably sooner than most
blessings do, so it is usually cast for a particular fight rather
than kept up all day.
