pixie dust
Spell · first available at level 29
What it does
Syntax: cast 'Pixie Dust' <target>
A shower of sparkling light settles over the victim and leaves it
clumsy, striking less often and hitting for less when a blow does
land. Both the size of the penalty and the time it lasts grow with
the caster's skill. Sprinkling the dust is not itself an attack, so a
creature that is not already fighting you does not counterattack for
it alone.
