inspire

What it does
Syntax: cast 'Inspire' <target>
A bard can inspire (or depress) someone with his/her Inspire song. When
inspired, a person's hits will do more damage. When depressed as the result
of a poorly sung Inspire song, the target's hits will do less damage.
Unfortunately, there is just as much of a chance for a good inspiring rendition
of the song as there is for a poor rendition.
