What it does
Syntax: cast 'Group Refresh'
Returns movement points to every member of the group standing in the
room with the caster, the caster included. How much each one gets
rises with the caster's skill, and nobody is carried past their own
maximum. A caster who is not in a group gets nothing at all, not even
for themselves.
