What it does
Syntax: cast 'Refresh' <target>
The caster, with the Refresh spell, can help a target regain movement
points. It does nothing for wounds and nothing for spent mana, so it
is a traveller's spell far more than a fighter's. A worn-out party
far from any inn leans on it heavily.
