What it does
Syntax: cast 'Bark Skin' <target>
The target's hide hardens and roughens into bark, turning aside blows
that would otherwise land. The armour it grants is generous and
grows with the caster's power. The stiffened skin costs the target
some dexterity for as long as it holds.
