What it does
Syntax: cast 'Depression' <target>
The victim sinks into a black mood and begins to move and strike
noticeably slower. There is no saving throw against it; the gloom
settles whether the victim resists the magic or not. It lifts on its
own after a while, and the stronger the caster the longer the victim
broods.
